• Local Shipping: We partner with The Net Global to deliver your order directly to your doorstep all over Lebanon. This service costs a flat rate of $3 per order and is typically fulfilled within 24 hours. You should receive your order within 2-5 working days.
• Self-Pickup: Save on shipping by picking up your order at our collection point for free.

Processing and Fulfillment:

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after receiving your order confirmation.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Self-Pickup:

• Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to schedule a convenient pick-up time within our designated self-pickup days.
• We'll provide further instructions and details about your scheduled pick-up at the collection point.

Please Note:

• During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended. We will notify you of any delays.
• For self-pickup, please bring a copy of your order confirmation when collecting your order.
